Performance Medicine is a place for our clients, team and patients to feel safe and cared for. For those of you who may be feeling unwell, nervous to come in or find yourself in quarantine or self isolation during this time, we always offer Telehealth appointments.

These appointments are available with your favourite therapist on your smart phone or device. During this session we will

Assess
Diagnose
Educate you about your issue
Teach you how to complete self treatment

….just like we would during a face to face session.

Ideally, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

COVID-19 UPDATE: If you have any cold or flu-like symptoms, have been in contact with a positive COVID-19 case, or are a close contact of a close contact, please book a Telehealth appointment rather than a face to face appointment. If you are unsure, please call us on 03 9686 2373 and we would love to help you.

PLEASE NOTE we require 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointments, including rescheduling.

We hate to talk about fees, but if you fail to provide more than 24 hours notice, a fee of $55 will be charged to you (and we don’t want to do that!). Monday appointments need to be rescheduled by 12pm of the Saturday prior.

Payment:

Clinical Conditioning Classes are claimable on private health and are $49 per class. You also have the option to purchase a 5 pack which makes each class $47, or a 10 pack which makes each class $45.

Express Classes are not able to be claimed on private health and are $30 per class. You also have the option to purchase a 5 pack which makes each class $27, or a 10 pack which makes each class $25.
