Terms of use

Ideally, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

COVID-19 UPDATE: If you have returned from NSW in the last 14 days, please book at Telehealth appointment and only attend a face to face appointment after your 14 day quarantine period that has been finalised with a negative COVID-19 test result.

If you have any cold or flu-like symptoms, have been in contact with a positive COVID-19 case, or are a close contact of a close contact, please book a Telehealth appointment rather than a face to face appointment. If you are unsure, please call us on 03 9686 2373 and we would love to help you.

PLEASE NOTE we require 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointments, including rescheduling.

We hate to talk about fees, but if you fail to provide more than 24 hours notice, a fee of $55 will be charged to you (and we don’t want to do that!). Monday appointments need to be rescheduled by 12pm of the Saturday prior.

Class terms of use

Payment:

Classes are $49 per class or you can purchase a 5 pack which makes each class $47, or a 10 pack which makes each class $45.

Clinical Conditioning Classes are claimable on private health.
