Delivered by qualified physiotherapists, our Southbank studio provides a home for premier clinical conditioning and clinical rehabilitation classes in Melbourne.

Our programs create a dynamic rehabilitation program. Using strength training, matwork pilates, equipment based pilates to help rehab your injury or maintain your body. Prior to your first class you will need to book in for a clinical conditioning assessment.

Our custom built studio is equipped with

Research has shown that clinical rehab and conditioning is an effective way to improve the control and strength of the major joints in your body. It is an excellent injury rehabilitation tool. Not to mention a fun and effective way to enhance the body’s deep postural muscle strength and maintain fitness.

Please note that the availability of Clinical Classes is subject to change dependent on attendance. Classes require a minimum of 1 person. Performance Medicine reserves the right to cancel classes the morning before scheduled class. Please book to ensure your spot!

COVID-19 UPDATE: If you have any cold or flu-like symptoms, have been in contact with a positive COVID-19 case, or are a close contact of a close contact, please book a Telehealth appointment rather than a face to face appointment. If you are unsure, please call us on 03 9686 2373 and we would love to help you.

PLEASE NOTE we require 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointments, including rescheduling.

We hate to talk about fees, but if you fail to provide more than 24 hours notice, a fee of $55 will be charged to you (and we don’t want to do that!). Monday appointments need to be rescheduled by 12pm of the Saturday prior.

Payment:

Clinical Conditioning Classes are claimable on private health and are $49 per class. You also have the option to purchase a 5 pack which makes each class $47, or a 10 pack which makes each class $45.

Express Classes are not able to be claimed on private health and are $30 per class. You also have the option to purchase a 5 pack which makes each class $27, or a 10 pack which makes each class $25.
