CLASSES

Express Reformer – 30 mins

Our Express Reformer classes have been specifically designed to be completed on our reformer beds to challenge you with a targeted 30 minute strength session. Great music, challenging exercises, all instructed by our physiotherapists.  Fit in your workout at lunchtime.   All levels welcome.

 

Matwork Class – Inner Strength – 30 mins

Find your strength from within.  Our matwork classes keep things simple and are led by our qualified physiotherapists. These classes target strength, technique and control.  These 30 minute classes are full of surprises.  Come join us to take on the challenge! All levels welcome.

 

Functional Strength Training – 30 mins

Be strong, be happy and be functional.  This 30 minute strength training class uses our gym equipment and is circuit based.  You will be challenged with HIIT, cardio and strength.  These classes are all physio led by our team.  All levels welcome.
