HOW to join the revolution to claim and pay via your phone?

  1. Download the app for free, simply go to the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Add your health fund details, credit or debit card details into your HICAPS Go App account.
  3. After your appointment, simply make claims and payments by “Approve” once Performance Medicine has created your claim.
