Stephanie graduated from the University of Sydney with a Masters of Physiotherapy and has worked within sports medicine prior to transitioning into performance physiotherapy. Through continued professional development, this has enriched her skills and shaped her as a therapist. She is an advanced dry needler and completed qualifications under Jan Dommerholt and Trevor Mcgonemery. She has a keen eye for modifying training and show loads and uses her knowledge as a clinician and coach to prescribe individualised strength and conditioning programs and improve performance.
She has been part of the Gymnastics NSW medical team since 2015 and will be consulting for Gymnastics Australia this coming year in September. She has worked on several musical theatre shows around Sydney including Pippin, Shrek, Cinderella, Chicago,The Tina Turner Musical, Miss Saigon and West Side Story. Furthermore, she works closely with professional artists and has close affiliations with most aerial and pole studios across Sydney including: The Movement Academy, Sydney Trapeze School, Aeralize, Sydney Pole, Bobbi’s Pole Studio and Pole Dance Academy.Outside of the clinic, she competes and performs around Sydney and interstate; in the following disciplines: Straps, trapeze and lyra. She enjoys hitting the pavement as a recreational runner, going to the beach and travelling.
