Luca Negri — Performance Medicine

Luca Negri is a Myotherapist, Remedial Massage Therapist and Sports Trainer with an interest in sports, performance and exercise.

Luca graduated from RMIT University in Melbourne with an Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy and is currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Deakin University.

He has extensive experience treating athletes, sports professionals and a wide cross section of the community across Melbourne. Luca has specialised within the private practice environment and has recent experience as a Sports Trainer with the VAFA league.

Luca recommends a treatment plan which the client understands and feels comfortable with. His treatments include various techniques ranging from trigger point therapy, deep tissue treatments and dry needling.

His passion and personal experience in AFL, basketball, cricket and Muay Thai gives Luca the insight and understanding to tailor his treatments to work alongside his clients to achieve results.

PLEASE NOTE we require 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointments, including rescheduling.

We hate to talk about fees, but if you fail to provide more than 24 hours notice, a fee of $55 will be charged to you (and we don’t want to do that!). Monday appointments need to be rescheduled by 12pm of the Saturday prior.

Payment:

Clinical Conditioning Classes are claimable on private health and are $49 per class. You also have the option to purchase a 5 pack which makes each class $47, or a 10 pack which makes each class $45.

Express Classes are not able to be claimed on private health and are $30 per class. You also have the option to purchase a 5 pack which makes each class $27, or a 10 pack which makes each class $25.
