Isabelle Menzies — Performance Medicine

Izzy (she/her) has a deep love for all things performing arts and healthcare. She studied at the Australian Conservatoire of Ballet where she obtained her Diploma of Dance (Elite Performance), Advanced Diploma of Dance (Elite Performance) and Ballet Conservatoire teaching qualification. She also has an Associate Diploma of the AICD and is passionate about teaching dance.

Currently, Izzy is studying a Bachelor of Exercise Science/Master of Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology at UNSW, as well as APPI’s Clinical Pilates Instructor course. She loves getting to know clients and is always up for a chinwag. In her spare time she enjoys baking, running and curating countless Spotify playlists.

COVID-19 UPDATE: If you have any cold or flu-like symptoms, have been in contact with a positive COVID-19 case, or are a close contact of a close contact, please book a Telehealth appointment rather than a face to face appointment. If you are unsure, please call us on 03 9686 2373 and we would love to help you.

PLEASE NOTE we require 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointments, including rescheduling.

We hate to talk about fees, but if you fail to provide more than 24 hours notice, a fee of $55 will be charged to you (and we don’t want to do that!). Monday appointments need to be rescheduled by 12pm of the Saturday prior.

Payment:

Clinical Conditioning Classes are claimable on private health and are $49 per class. You also have the option to purchase a 5 pack which makes each class $47, or a 10 pack which makes each class $45.

Express Classes are not able to be claimed on private health and are $30 per class. You also have the option to purchase a 5 pack which makes each class $27, or a 10 pack which makes each class $25.
