Kashish Patel (she/her) has enjoyed playing sports since her childhood, especially golf and swimming. She loves traveling and exploring new places, and is always eager to meet people from different backgrounds. With experience in customer service, she naturally enjoys connecting with others.

A certified divemaster, Kashish spends her weekends freediving or scuba diving in Sydney’s waters. When not adventuring outdoors, she enjoys unwinding with films and spending quality time with her friends. Her customer-focused mindset and passion for building relationships continue to drive her both in her career and daily life.

Ideally, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

PLEASE NOTE we require 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointments, including rescheduling.

We hate to talk about fees, but if you fail to provide more than 24 hours notice, a fee of $55 will be charged to you (and we don’t want to do that!). Monday appointments need to be rescheduled by 12pm of the Saturday prior.

Clinical Conditioning Classes are claimable on private health and are $51 per class. You also have the option to purchase a 5 pack which makes each class $49, or a 10 pack which makes each class $47.
