Hayley Montgomery — Performance Medicine

Hayley (she/her) is a remedial massage therapist and myotherapist with extensive experience and expertise. She is passionate about sports which led her in the direction of learning about and working with the human body.

With 15 years experience, Hayley is passionate about helping people reach their movement and physical goals. Using her Remedial Massage and Myotherapy expertise, Hayley is highly experienced in managing tension and improving movement.

Through her extensive skill set Hayley is proficient at alleviating stress and postural tension, performance training optimisation (marathons, triathlons, iron man) and body care for musicians. She has worked with a multitude of sports including cricket, rugby league, rowing, swimming and boxing.

Hayley graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science in Musculoskeletal Therapy (Myotherapy) from the Endeavour College of Natural Health. Additionally she has a diploma of remedial massage, is accredited in Dry Needling and Neuro Assessment, and is an active member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association.

When she’s not in the clinic you’ll find Hayley spending her time travelling, running, in the gym, baking or attending music gigs.

If you are unsure, please call us on 03 9686 2373 and we would love to help you.

PLEASE NOTE we require 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointments, including rescheduling.

We hate to talk about fees, but if you fail to provide more than 24 hours notice, a fee of $55 will be charged to you (and we don’t want to do that!). Monday appointments need to be rescheduled by 12pm of the Saturday prior.

Payment:

Clinical Conditioning Classes are claimable on private health and are $49 per class. You also have the option to purchase a 5 pack which makes each class $47, or a 10 pack which makes each class $45.

Express Classes are not able to be claimed on private health and are $30 per class. You also have the option to purchase a 5 pack which makes each class $27, or a 10 pack which makes each class $25.
