Dr Suleiman Halabi M.B.B.S., FRACGP.
Suleiman (he/him) is a General Practitioner with an interest in Sports Medicine and is currently completing his Masters in Sports Medicine with the University of Queensland. Graduating from Monash University in 2010 then working in surgery, orthopaedics and ED before going on to complete his GP training in 2018.
With a preference to practice medicine holistically, he is very thorough with a strong focus on the patient as a person. Suleiman ensures that his patients are well informed and educated regarding their conditions.
Suleiman has experience with all athletic populations with a particular interest in strength and power sports. He can assist patients with complex needs, for example patients with chronic medical conditions and older patients with a focus on injury/disease prevention.
Outside the clinic, Suleiman also consults for NICA (National Institute of Circus Arts) and is the team doctor for Williamstown Football Club – VFLW team. He also trains and competes in powerlifting and loves to chat about this.
