He’s known in the clinic for his passionate hunt for knowledge and health advocacy for the LGBTQIA+ community. Wearing his rainbows with pride. As a practitioner Andy’s knowledge and passions are all centred on human movement and it’s diversity. With particular interest in performing arts and hypermobility. He has been working as a Massage therapist and fitness professional alongside his dance career for almost a decade. And hopes to help patients understand their body from their own unique perspective, and educate on it’s changes and fluctuations with kindness and compassion. His treatment methods are a direct reflection of his years supporting clients with pain and injury management, performance improvement, and a listening first approach. Qualified for dry needling, myofascial cupping and a huge range of manual fascial and muscle release techniques that he will tailor to your specific needs.
As a dancer, Andy has worked for independent choreographers across Australia as well as acclaimed companies. Such as Patch Theatre Company and Australian Dance Theatre. Andy is also a qualified personal trainer, barre instructor. And until 2018 lectured the body conditioning components of the Bachelor of Dance course at Adelaide College of the Arts, he also instructs our Strength for Dancers classes to help guid dancers through the gym and strength exercises they will need for their futures no matter where they end up.
