As dancers and performers, we understand that our bodies are required to be at elite athlete level. We need to be strong, flexible and powerful while still delivering the sensitivity and artistry that is expected of a dancer.
This is why at Performance Medicine we have designed the class ‘Dance Strength’ that is targeted at improving overall strength for both our male and female dancers.
These sessions focus on muscle and strength building to improve your deeper strength, lifting strength and power.
These classes are term based and are completed in our gym. We see amazing improvements in those dancers that complete weekly sessions.
