This class is a term based program where dancers will work towards a specific skill. In 2019 our students worked on increasing their leg height in developpe devant in term 3 and increasing their jump power in term 4. In this class dancers are offered the opportunity to take photos and measurements at the beginning of term and then review them at the end of term to see their progress.

For students to get the most out of this program they are encouraged to attend weekly and complete the home exercise program provided.
