As dancers and performers, we understand that our bodies are required to be at elite athlete level. We need to be strong, flexible and powerful while still delivering the sensitivity and artistry that is expected of a dancer.
This is why at Performance Medicine we have designed a series of classes focusing on male dancers.
These sessions focus on muscle and strength building to improve your deeper strength, lifting strength and power.
Traditionally, these classes are completed in our gym but we have moved these online. Each one of you will receive a bespoke home program and work with our amazing Andy.
These classes are term based and we see amazing improvements in the dancers that complete weekly sessions.
